Terms of Use
Vladimir Anisimov · Effective Date: September 7, 2026 · Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Plain-English summary. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Vladimir Anisimov ("I," "me," "my"), the independent developer of БГЭУ — расписание занятий ("BSEU Schedule", the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. The App shows the class schedule for students of the Belarusian State Economic University (БГЭУ) and, optionally, lets you sign in to your university personal cabinet to view your balance and student details. It is a free App with ads; an optional subscription removes the ads.
Not an official БГЭУ app. This is an independent, unofficial client. It is not produced, endorsed by, or affiliated with the university, and schedule data may be incomplete or out of date.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Relationship to БГЭУ and Data Accuracy
The App is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Belarusian State Economic University. It retrieves publicly available schedule information from the university's website (bseu.by) and, when you sign in, personal-cabinet information from student.bseu.by. These services are operated by the university, and I do not control them.
Because the App depends on the university's websites and their format, schedule and personal-cabinet information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Always confirm important details (class times, rooms, financial balances) through official university channels. Do not rely on the App as the sole source for such information.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you rights in the App's source code, design, or branding; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the App to place an unreasonable load on, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the university's servers or any third-party service;
- use the App to access accounts or data that are not your own;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices, or resell or commercially exploit the App;
- use the App in violation of the university's rules or any applicable law.
6. Personal Cabinet & Your Credentials
The personal-cabinet feature is optional. When you use it, you authorise the App to send your account number and password directly to the university's server (student.bseu.by) to sign you in on your behalf. Your password is not stored by the App and is not transmitted to me. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for complying with the university's own terms governing the personal cabinet. Any issues with the accuracy of balances, debts, or fines are between you and the university.
7. Ads, Premium Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
The App is free and, on the free tier, displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.
Premium (ad-free). You may purchase an optional subscription that removes ads (the "premium" entitlement). Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store (on iOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android) and managed through RevenueCat. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region and currency.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation. Manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the ad-free benefit until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund process). I cannot issue store refunds directly. Any mandatory consumer-protection refund rights under your local law still apply.
8. Intellectual Property
The App — including its code, design, user interface, and graphics — is owned by me and protected by applicable law. The names "БГЭУ" / "BSEU" and any university marks belong to their respective owners and are used only descriptively. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them without restriction or compensation.
9. Third-Party Services & App Store Terms
The App relies on third-party services described in the Privacy Policy: Google Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store / Google Play. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, which I do not control.
Apple-specific terms (iOS). These Terms are between you and me only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no warranty obligation with respect to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play (Android). Purchases and distribution on Android are additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedule and personal-cabinet data will be accurate, current, or continuously available, since these depend on the university's websites.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on schedule, financial, or personal-cabinet information shown in the App. My total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App (via the app store) in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 20. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to the App
I may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice, including if the university changes its websites in a way that the App can no longer support.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription. I may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights, which continue to apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
